Welcome to the online community of T-shore!
T-shore is a collaborative European initiative addressing the offshore wind industry's skills gap. Bringing together 13 partners from five countries—Belgium, Denmark, Ireland, Norway, and the Netherlands—the project focuses on developing standardized training programs, a shared training library, and establishing Centres of Vocational Excellence (CoVEs). These efforts aim to equip workers with the necessary skills and competencies to thrive in the offshore wind sector, fostering sustainable growth and job creation across Europe.
This online community, hosted on the WCM Vector platform, supports the developments within the T-shore project. Here, participants collaborate, share knowledge, store documents, and communicate within a secure environment. Further, this community forms the foundation for the disemmination of the project results! By facilitating interaction among industry stakeholders, training providers, and educational institutions, the community plays a vital role in aligning training programs with the evolving needs of the offshore wind industry.
